Operating as Capital Area Late Start Inc (dba Rutherford House), we believe that housing is the non-negotiable foundation of human dignity.

Operating under the leadership of Mark Thomas Bourgeois (Executive Director), we focus resources where they create the most enduring difference for local residents.

All core programs remain completely accessible and tuition-free for participating families and community members.
